Used in final rinse cycle, Bril- San is used to sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other food contact surfaces. Bril-San can be used to sanitize in low-temperature warewashing. Recommended Sanitizing level is at 50-100 PPM. Single gallons are great for bar washers or kitchens with limited room.
